- The aim of the exhibition "Be linguistically sustainable" is to raise awareness about the importance of preserving language diversity. It consists of four rollup banner stands that measure 85 x 206 cm and it can be borrowed free of charge by any non-profit organisation.
- The organization that wishes to borrow the exhibition must fill in the corresponding application form.
- The application form should be sent at least two weeks before the exhibition needs to be borrowed.
- The loan must be for a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of 45 days.
- The applicant is responsible for organizing transport and paying any expenses (pick up and return).
- The premises where the exhibition will be on display must be secured against robbery and vandalism.
- Should any of the material be damaged or stolen, the applicant must pay the costs of repair or replacement.
- If any invitations or publicity material are printed, they should bear the logo supplied by the Language Service.
- In cases of force majeure, the Language Service reserves the right to make changes to the loan dates that have been agreed.
